Restore The Fourth is committed to protecting your privacy.
This means, among other things, that we do not sell our email list. We do not share or distribute your contact information to third parties without stating so specifically on the page where you enter the information. Our main purpose in collecting this information is to manage our mailing lists. Secondarily, if public officials require us to transmit your information to them in order to receive your communication, we will transmit it to them. We will also use your contact information to send you campaign updates. Occasionally, our communications include fundraising solicitations.
For petitions, open letters, or similar public communications that you’ve signed or completed, we treat your name, city, state, and comments as public information. We will not make your street address publicly available, but we may transmit it to public officials as part of a petition or open letter.
If you enter your information as part of a clearly-labeled “joint action” with another organization, we may share your name, email and other information you have entered with the partner organization(s) for that particular action. If you are submitting your information to one of these campaigns or websites, we will treat this as you opting into the sharing of your information for the stated purposes.
Your credit card information will be used only for transactions through our secure online payment system. Restore The Fourth does not retain credit card information.
