Necessary updates to Data Usage Policy: BS needs to be the contact, our hosting service info needs updating. Motion for BS to update Data Usage Policy by AM, seconded by EQ, unanimously approved

7. Communications Working Group Report [SR]: No update at this time, item relisted for March board meeting

Automated payroll now configured successfully
Fundraising: Discussions with Calyx Institute
Recruitment needs: new LegWG chair, additional board members
Litigation Working Group: Culley, Torgerson, other cases: AM will ask SP to update amicus briefs on LitWG page
Legislative Working Group: efforts on 702 surveillance reform (Wyden, Clark, mailing list outreach), endorsing Gigi Sohn? Motion to endorse Gigi Sohn by TC, seconded by AM, unanimously approved
